they quickly addressed my concerns about the room, offering an upgrade and even another room when I needed a separate shower. I appreciated their willingness to solve issues, which made the experience a little more bearable. the initial gesture of a discount was also a nice touch, showing they value customer feedback.
Dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, no proper servicing.

All in all great value. Everything was excellent, had a very nice stay which was over three nights. I really enjoyed the standard king room which was neat. I could see courtyard. The staff were fairly friendly at all times. Its location not very far from The Entrance Heritage Walk was incredible and lovely. The hotel was a unique base for enjoying a very quiet area.

The location here is really convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I also loved the excellent water pressure in the shower, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping me comfortable during my stay. The bed itself was surprisingly comfy too, and I had no trouble sleeping!
But man, this place needs serious help! My first room was practically a disaster - no lock on the window and dust everywhere. I even found stains on the sheets! The walls were so thin I could hear everything my neighbors were saying. it was a pretty disappointing experience that I wouldn’t recommend.

Well laid out and good modern room available with Fridge Tv Kettle and bath, for instance. With an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Excellent location, steps away from Kareela Golf Course.

Stayed here during a long trip and found the rooms quite spacious with great parking. Staff was friendly and accommodating. While the cleanliness could use some improvement, we enjoyed decent water pressure and comfortable beds. Just know it's an older place and expect some quirks!

A Pleasant Stay at Abcot Inn for Business
my experience was quite positive. The large outdoor swimming pool was a good spot to unwind after a long day of meetings, providing a refreshing escape. I also appreciated the free WiFi throughout the hotel, which allowed me to stay connected for work without any hiccups. The staff were generally accommodating and made the check-in process smooth, allowing me to quickly settle into my room and focus on my business agenda.
Bathroom needs modernization.

The room was dirty with a lingering smell of stale tobacco, and we experienced multiple issues, from broken furniture to unclean bathrooms. Even the staff seemed unsure of room details. While there are some nearby landmarks and outdoor facilities like a pool, these did little to enhance our experience in such unsatisfactory accommodations.

I recently stayed for a quick two-night visit while attending a family event. The best part was the 24-hour reception, making my late check-in seamless. I appreciated the comfortable beds, which helped ensure a good night’s sleep. The friendly staff were accommodating and responded promptly to my needs.
I cannot recommend this hotel.

Oh mate, those juicy burgers nearby are to die for! Plus, the staff are like your friendly neighborhood baristas-always up for a chat. we loved the renovated Executive room with a bath-total game changer!
But crikey, the room was a bit off! Air con choked with dust and a surprise medication under the bed?
